GreekFunder is a fundraising platform dedicated to supporting Greek life organizations by facilitating donations and fundraising events. By accessing or using our website and services, you ("User," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the GreekFunder platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, viewing fundraisers, making donations, or otherwise using the services provided by GreekFunder, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility
To use GreekFunder, you must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a legal guardian. By using GreekFunder, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Creation
Users are required to create an account to access certain features of GreekFunder, such as making donations or creating fundraisers. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Donations
Users can view fundraisers and make donations to Greek life organizations through GreekFunder.
Donations are processed using Stripe integration. By making a donation, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions.
Donors have the option to display their name to others but can choose to hide the donation amount.
5. Fundraisers and Events
Approved organizations can create their own fundraisers and fundraiser events on GreekFunder. Approval is at the discretion of GreekFunder.
Organizations are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content they post, including images and descriptions.
GreekFunder reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or any applicable laws.
6. User Conduct
Users agree not to use GreekFunder to:

Post content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or harmful.
Violate the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
Engage in fraudulent activities or solicitations.
Interfere with the operation of GreekFunder or the use of GreekFunder by other users.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on GreekFunder, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GreekFunder or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not use such content without the permission of the respective owners.
